Unfortunately for this episode I do not have any photographs to illustrate how well this can work for you. The good thing is you have a blood glucose meter and you can monitor it yourself regularly during this program. As with anything else that works well, there are some deprivations that are involved here.
The first thing you want to eliminate is high fructose corn syrup across the board. No ketchup or or soda or Pop top drinks. Also you want to read all your ingredients on your labels including bread, yes some breads have high fructose corn syrup.
You also want to avoid all fruit juices.
Next is intermittent fasting with eating protein when you do eat.
Go as long as you can in the morning till you have to eat. Sometimes I Don't eat until 2:00 or 3:00pm
These two very simple suggestions can make a huge difference.
