I am a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1994
I started my career in 1993 at The Institute For Non Surgical Orthopedics while still attending classes at The Seminar Network International. I met a fascinating Osteopathic Doctor who was teaching a cranial sacral seminar. I took the initiative to ask if I could come to the shop and hang out to see what it would be like. He loved my interest and invited me the following week. The rest is history. I was instantly part of the therapy team at the Institute for Non-Surgical Orthopedics. My fabulous instructors were asking me if I could get them a job there.
Over the 15 years or so working there, I learned an incredible amount about pain management therapy and treatments. This enhanced my already intense work.
Soon after I was marketing myself as a pain management therapist. This enabled me to pick and choose where I wanted to work. I had job offers from almost every office I applied.
It wasn't long before I met some of the more affluent clientele. Working on private Yachts is something I never dreamt of doing but I certainly enjoyed it.
In 1997 I was invited to join a client on a trip to Quito Ecuador for some cellular replacement therapy. This type of care was illegal in the United States at the time.
I quickly realized how good we had it in America.
20 years after it all began I had started a family and decided to move back to my hometown in Ohio to help take care of my aging parents and get my children in better schools.
